Late Sri U S Babu Rau hailed from an ordinary agrarian family in Uchila, a sleepy hamlet in Mangalore. His will power, hard work and sincerity took him where he wanted to be. His professionalism attracted talented people to work with him. He guided them and gave a new direction to the company. Under him the company grew and gained prominence.
